When the worst happens, make sure you know how to respond.
When a crisis hits, the last thing you want to do is make a bad situation worse. While you can’t predict when a crisis will happen, you can make sure you’re ready to respond.
This highly interactive one-day course will equip you with the right skills not only to protect your reputation, but also come out on top. Using recent case studies and intensive role-playing techniques, we’ll guide you through the life cycle of a crisis and how to handle it. Learn to identify a looming crisis, develop a communications plan and connect with those affected.
By the end of this course you’ll be able to:
- Quickly identify potential crises and respond to them proactively
- Develop key messages around a crisis and ensure your staff are all on-message
- Handle impromptu and planned media interactions
